Ranch Gaucho, a sports and social promotional association, is affiliated with ACE CNS LIBERTAS. Due to its legal status as ASD – APS, membership at the facility is required to carry out recreational and competitive activities within the Ranch.
The annual membership fee is the minimum contribution all members pay to help cover the expenses of the amateur sports association and comply with their social obligations. Its payment, in addition to covering minimum ongoing expenses, allows the Ranch to repair, maintain, and reorganize the equipment and fields for the proper conduct of institutional activities. Membership also includes membership and unlimited access to all the services offered by the association.
Membership includes:
- Insurance coverage according to ACE regulations
- Possibility to use the structure, fields and equipment offered by the Ranch
Entry requirements
- Certificate of good health (non-competitive activity)
- Copy of identity document (in case of a minor, the document of one of the parents or legal guardian is also required)
- Copy Tax Code
Annual Membership Fee
An Amateur Sports Association is financed and supported by its members and membership fees. We will try, as every year, to spend this money to improve the comfort of you and your horses.

Expiration
The deadline for paying the membership fee for 2026 is February 15th. After this deadline, any member who fails to pay loses their membership rights, such as the right to use the fields. Membership is valid for one calendar year.
Membership Fees Costs
2026 membership fee for minors: 10 euros
Membership fee for 2026 for adults: 50 euros
If the fees are paid by bank transfer, the description of the type of fee and the name of the supporter must be specified.
I remind you that the membership fee must be accompanied by the registration form that you can download here, on our website and the competitive medical certificate.

The annual membership fee can be paid via:
- cash, by contacting the Gaucho Ranch secretariat directly
- bank transfer to the current account of RANCH GAUCHO ASD-APS
