Trekking between sky and silence – The soul of the Sibillini Mountains

We set out from Cima Vallinfante, when the sun is still young in the sky.
The horse's step breaks the silence of dawn and guides your gaze upward, towards the horizon that widens with every breath.

We go up towards Peak of Passo Cattivo, a name that deceives: here the beauty is pure, harsh, immense.
Then you ride along the ridge to the Mount Porche, where the wind seems to tell ancient stories.
The view opens onto the sacred peaks of the Sibillini, and the air becomes thinner, truer.

After the Borghese Palace and the Borghese Rock, nature begins to show its wildest face.
You reach the majestic Mount Argentella, one of the highlights of this journey.
From here, two possibilities:

  • Return to Castelluccio di Norcia with a drop of approximately 6 hours, between panoramas that gradually become softer,

  • Or continue to Forca Viola, then descend back to Castelluccio in a loop of approximately 10 hours, which passes through places suspended in time, between sky and rock.

Each stage is an invitation to silence, to listening, to being present.
A slow, profound journey, shared with the horse and the mountain.
An experience you won't forget, because it speaks directly to the heart.
